Far Cry 4 season pass content will include a prison escape mission, yetis

Far Cry 4’s season pass will include a prison escape mission, a PvP multiplayer mode, and yetis, Ubisoft announced today.

As detailed in a post on the Ubiblog, Far Cry 4’s season pass will net players a day-one exclusive mission called “the Syringe” that supports both single-player and co-op and sees them, uh, preventing Pagan Min from obtaining a “rare recipe and using it agains the rebellion.” Presumably a recipe for a chemical weapon or something and not soup.

Other season pass content includes “Escape from Durgesh Prison,” which pretty much communicates  its nature in name alone; the “Hurk Deluxe Pack,” which adds five new Hurk-starring missions; “Overrun,” the aforementioned PvP multiplayer mode that revolves around capturing enemy territories and defending claimed territories; and “Valley of the Yetis,” another single-player and co-op mission, this time set in the Himalayan ridge and involving a campsite that can be upgraded and that players need to defend from “a mysterious cult.”

Far Cry 4 launches on Windows PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 November 18.
