Bedroom, especially the master bedroom is an essential space at home for recovering and relaxing our daily stress and routine. It is a room where we spend more time throughout the day. Therefore, this should be a zone of rest and peace, and its atmosphere should be calm and relaxed. Everything in it must convey sweetness and smoothness, starting from the colors, to the materials, and even the bed should be as comfortable as possible.
To achieve all of this, we have to avoid and reduce any kind of disorder, as well as to minimize the furniture so that Chi can circulate freely around the area. The furniture and the distribution thereof shall be harmonious. Always seek the balance between Yin and Yang, and even looking a little more Yin energy give more preference to soft and light materials that favor the refreshing sleep.
The location of the bed is essential. Choose the place in more harmonious location, as far as possible between the door and the window. Pulled up the headboard on the wall and do no put underneath a window. If there is another alternative when you are sleeping well close the curtains and blinds.
The furniture should preferably be rounded and in light-colored. Try to place them at some distance from the bed. Suspended furniture with open shelves above the bed will not help the Chi comes inside the room, since these bedâ??s details give a sense of weight. Put away the room as possible from electrical appliances, outlets, aquariums and even mirrors. All these elements can disturb your sleep.
The colors of the room should be warm and harmonious, as you may choose vibrant and candy decorations. Try to avoid highly dynamic colors like red, orange or yellow for decorations, and choose images that give you joy and calm.
If the room has a bathroom, always keep that door closed so that the negative energy does not invade the room. Not to mention, do not put anything in your room related to your occupation and daily work. Keep in mind that this space is for resting and have that safeguard.
