If you are a cooking and good food lover, you certainly know the reputation of El Celler de Can Roca restaurant, which is a Spanish restaurant, located in Girona – a city in the northeast of Catalonia, Spain – and is considered as one of the best restaurants in the world. It even has three Michelin stars, which is the highest world-class cuisine recognition that a restaurant could receive.
However, itâ??s not the El Celler de Can Roca restaurant this article is talking about, instead today’s article will be appointed to a new ice cream parlour, named Rocambolesc Gelateria, which was opened by Jordi Roca, the youngest of the three Roca brothers, founders of the prestigious restaurant.
Located in the same city with the restaurant, the best part of this ice cream parlour is that in Rocambolesc Gelateria you really can eat some good, tasty ice cream while viewing such a fantastic original parlour style, which is not only for the atmosphere of the place, but also for itâ??s interior design, accessories, and all elements inside. Seriously, the feeling you can have is just like entering Willy Wonkaâ??s Factory, where fantasy, flavor and taste meet, giving you unique experiences to the lips and eyes.
The interior style of this parlour was designed by Sandra Tarruella Studio, which seems to me equally fantastic with the designs of their ice cream. Within itâ??s decoration that breathes the same creativity found in the ice cream, we can see a vintage ice parlor, complete with an old ice cream making machine, classic gauges, cute tubes and taps heightening the sense of theatre and playfulness.
As for itâ??s taste, sure that sweet tooths will be thinking what can they eat there. There are six different types of ice cream to eat in cone or cup, to eat in or to take away, all types are newly created and always with natural products. According to Roca brothers themselves, each of the flavors is inspired in the kitchen of El Celler de Can Roca restaurant.
Well â?¦ Is this the most amazing looking shop in the world or what? Fancy to go and have a little taste there? What do you think?
