Latest Adam Sessler The Evil Within interview takes a look at The Keeper

Bethesda has released the third installment of interviews between Adam Sessler and the creative team behind the publisher’s new survival horror title, The Evil Within.

This time around, the Sess talks with director Shinji Mikami and concept artist Ikumi Nakamura about the creation of one of the game’s most recognizable villains, The Keeper (probably better known to fans by its other moniker, Boxman). It’s not the most thrilling of the bunch released so far—you’re not going to find out that Mikami’s dad used to force him to wear a safe on his head or anything—but there are some interesting moments, including one where Nakamura, the character’s original creator, reveals she’s actually “very disappointed” with how he’s used in game.

The accompanying blog post doesn’t mention whether this’ll be the last interview released, but given that the game came out yesterday, it’s likely we’re approaching the end of Sessler’s residency.

The Evil Within is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Be sure to check back later in the week for our full review of the game.
