Battlefield 4’s post-launch content won’t conclude with its fifth DLC expansion, Final Stand, developer DICE made clear in a Battlelog post today.

“We will share details on exactly what this new content will be, and when it will arrive, in the near future. We understand that this may lead to even more questions about our plans, but rest assured that we’ll get back to you on the future of Battlefield 4 when the team is right.”

In the very same post, DICE polled fans on what reimagining of a classic Battlefield map, if any,t hey’d be most interested in. The Survey Monkey poll includes a smattering of maps from Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Bad Company, Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 3.

Final Stand launched for Premium members on November 18 and for regular folk December 2. The fifth expansion added four new maps, new weapons and gadgets, and a new vehicle.

The next installment of the Battlefield franchise, Hardline, launches across Windows PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 March 17 in North America, March 19 in Europe.
